All products currently undergoing testing and development at trendEXpress must provide clear added value for consumers. We place particular emphasis on quality, user-friendliness and user guidance.
Even complex products are also expected to offer the user pleasure in use after the operating instructions have been read and applied. In particular hardware and software which achieve links between very different types of products need to be installed with care and precision by the user.
But in everyday use the interface must be simple and self-explanatory.

 Product support.
It is most important for us that we offer support for our products. Training and support of retailers and help for our customers even after purchase is a large part of our company philosophy. During further development of our trendEXpress software we will do our utmost to support our existing customers so that they receive information and upgrades as fast as possible.
